canopy-saga provides professional resume writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and career coaching services. Our services are designed to help job seekers present their qualifications effectively to potential employers.

We do not guarantee employment outcomes. The effectiveness of our services depends on various factors including job market conditions, your qualifications, and employer preferences.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your work history, education, and qualifications
• Not request that we include false or misleading information in your documents
• Review all documents we create and notify us of any inaccuracies
• Use the materials we create solely for your personal job search purposes
• Not redistribute, resell, or share our proprietary templates or methodologies

Intellectual Property

The content, design, graphics, and other materials on this website are owned by canopy-saga and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Upon full payment for services, you receive a license to use the resume, cover letter, or other documents we create for you for your personal job search purposes. We retain the right to use anonymized versions of our work for portfolio and training purposes.

Service Delivery

Standard turnaround time for resume services is 5 business days from receipt of your completed questionnaire. Rush options are available for an additional fee. We will communicate any delays that may affect delivery timelines.

All services include unlimited revisions within 30 days of initial delivery. Revision requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of service booking. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial document delivery if you are unsatisfied with our work and have not requested revisions. Refunds are not available after revisions have been completed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, canopy-saga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will result in employment, interviews, or any specific outcome.

While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that documents will be free from all errors or that they will meet every employer's specific requirements.

We treat all personal information you provide as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your resume or personal details with third parties without your explicit consent.
